The MONORAIL MR 4S carriages have a new design, but still remain compatible as a complete system (carriage and guideway). Both carriages in the 4S design and previous carriage designs can be operated on the guide rails, which have remained unchanged by the new carriage design. The accessories have been modified and can be used for both 4S carriages and previous carriage designs.
The key design changes such as new redirection units (gray) for low-pulsation running, improved lubricant distribution with less leakage, a more robust front plate with stainless steel plates and four screw fastenings, replaceable cross wipers, and optimized longitudinal and cross wipers for even better sealing make the new MR 4S carriage more robust and reliable.

Mounting Instructions
Caution
- Transport rails are not suitable for installing the carriages.
- Use an assembly rail (MRM) for guiding carriages on to the guide rail.
- To prevent loss of rolling elements, protect carriages against shock loads.
