ZCV additional wipers provide extra protection of the carriages in heavily contaminated environments. Made of Viton® (fluoroelastomer), they are suitable for use with aggressive coolants. As their flexibility allows them to be pushed over the rail cross section, retrofitting is possible without the need to remove the carriage from the rail. ZCV wipers can also be used in combination with ASM metal wipers.
